Returns & Refund policy
At Clene Pack, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a product, we’ve made the process as easy and convenient as possible. Here’s how you can return your items free of charge:
Eligibility for Returns:
Return Window: You can return items within 30 days of receipt.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Exclusions: Some items, such as personalized products, final sale items, or products marked as non-returnable, goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items, may not be eligible for return.
How to Return Your Items:
Initiate a Return:
For single-item purchases, please use the form on the Return Order page to initiate the return. You will need to provide your order number and a brief explanation for returning the item or items. Due to payment security reasons, you will need to be logged-in to My Account or create an account in order to receive refund.
You will receive an authorization code to return the items free of charge. Use this code and your order number to print your return postal label at Canada Post website’s return portal at https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/pr-rc/en/get-return-label/authorization?id=PR591967

Once contacted, we will arrange the pick-up and return of the items free of charge. For exchanges, specify the replacement items you require during this process, and we will arrange to send the replacement items once the original bulk order is returned and processed.
Prepare Your Return:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other materials that were included.
Attach the return label provided through the returns portal.
Ship Your Return:
Drop off your package at any Canada Post location, or arrange for a pickup if necessary (please note pickup by Canada post service at your location is not included in our returns services policy.)
Refunds and Exchanges:
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If the payment was made in store or by cash exchange, please provide a direct debit account or Interact e-transfer details to receive your refund during the return initiation stage.
Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange your item, please indicate this preference during the return process, and we will send you the replacement item as soon as possible.
Additional Information:
Return Shipping Costs: Returns within Canada are free of charge when using the provided Canada Post return link. Any returns sent without using this method may incur shipping costs.
